Work

Every product gets its own character

9 listings in 9 categories so far. Each one is a case study and a product page as the buyer sees it: on Amazon, Walmart, the brand's own store and TikTok Shop. Yours works the same way, whatever the category.

Concept project. Fictional brand, scenes visualized with AI.

How the images are planned

Your product, explained in eight images.

A shopper on a phone gives each image a few seconds. So every slot answers one question, in the order people ask them. This is the Tacet gallery with the question each image was built to answer. Tap one to see it on the product page.

  1. Tacet Calm Serum, 30 ml celadon glass dropper bottle with black screen-printed label, on white 01 · What am I looking at? · Main image, the product on white
  2. Tacet Calm Serum bottle standing on honed travertine in soft daylight, four benefit lines at right 02 · Is it for my skin? · What it does
  3. Four small celadon lab dishes on chalk paper, one clear drop in each, labeled with the four doses 03 · How much of what? · The dose
  4. Macro of one clear serum drop sliding down a crackle-glaze celadon tile in low side light 04 · How does it feel? · Texture
  5. Tacet Calm Serum dropper lifted above the open bottle, one drop forming, on pale limestone 05 · How do I use it? · How to use
  6. Tacet Calm Serum bottle lying on oat linen with the dropper beside it, list of what is left out 06 · What is not in it? · What we leave out
  7. Tacet Calm Serum bottle beside its chalk carton, turned to show the back panel, on travertine 07 · What arrives in the box? · On the box
  8. Tacet Calm Serum held beside a woman's cheek, label facing the camera 08 · How big is it, really? · In hand

For your product the questions change. The discipline does not: one answer per image, the one fact worth reading first set largest, text sized for a 390 pixel screen and checked there.

Services

Three ways to work together

Each package is quoted per listing after a short brief. Variations, bundles and additional marketplaces are quoted on top.

Gallery

For a new product, or a gallery that is not doing its share of the selling.

  • Main image on pure white from your product photo, built to the 85 percent fill rule
  • Six secondary images, each answering one shopper question, text sized for a phone
  • Lifestyle scenes with people built around your pack shot, no photo shoot; where a person is AI-generated, the file is ready for the AI label Amazon asks for
  • The words on the images, written with your bullets so nothing contradicts
  • Files at 2000 x 2000, named by slot, with alt text for each

You bring: product photos or a packshot, the spec or ingredient sheet, the claims you can prove, your marketplaces.

Gallery + A+ Content

For a brand with Brand Registry that wants the whole page to sell, not only the gallery.

  • Everything in Gallery
  • Premium A+ Content, up to seven modules; standard A+ if your account is not yet eligible
  • Mobile variants for the wide modules, recomposed rather than cropped
  • A comparison chart if you have a product line
  • Brand Story: background, logo card, focus image and the text cards
  • Every file at the size the A+ templates ask for

You bring: everything from Gallery, plus your logo, brand assets and any sister products for the chart.

Full listing

For a launch, a new marketplace, or a relaunch of a listing that stopped working.

  • Everything in Gallery + A+ Content
  • Listing copy in US English: title, item highlights, five bullets, description and backend search terms, within the current limits
  • A claims list: every line that needs a document, so your compliance review is short
  • Titles and search terms prepared for amazon.de and amazon.fr, ready for a native speaker's review
  • One sheet with every field named as in Seller Central, with character counts

Tacet Calm Serum for Sensitive Skin, 1% Ectoin + 5% Niacinamide, 1 Fl Oz

72 / 75
The Tacet title, counted against the current 75-character limit

You bring: everything above, plus the proof you already hold for your claims.

Also on their own: Brand Story, an A+ page for an existing gallery, listing copy without images, extra lifestyle images, additional marketplaces.

Every package includes a plan you approve before design starts, two rounds of revisions, a check of every file against Amazon's current rules, and upload-ready delivery.

Not included in any package: product photography on location, Brand Registry enrollment, legal review of claims, advertising and account management.

Channels

One product, four channels

Shot once, built to each channel's rules: Amazon, Walmart, the brand's own Shopify store and TikTok Shop.

Every version is checked against its channel's rules. See it on Tacet →

Estimate

Build your listing on one of our cases

Pick a product like yours and tick what you need: the sum, the timing and the files you get add up on the right. Prices are indicative; the exact one comes after the brief.

Process

From product facts to upload-ready files

Timelines depend on the package and on how fast photos and facts arrive. You get a date with the quote.

Start with an email
  1. Brief

You send what you have: the product, its facts and specs, photos, the claims you can back up, your current listing or the competitors you watch, and the marketplaces. A call if it helps; email is enough.

  2. Plan

You get the list of images with the question each one answers, the A+ module map and the copy outline. You approve it before anything is designed.

  3. Design

The main image and the gallery come first, so you can give feedback early. Scenes with people and rooms are built with AI around your pack shot, with no shoot day. Then A+ Content, Brand Story and the copy. Two rounds of revisions are included.

  4. Check

Every file against Amazon's current rules: sizes, white background and fill, character limits, words that trip claim filters, the AI tag for any generated person. You also get the list of claims that need a document.

  5. Delivery

Files named by slot at the sizes the templates ask for, the texts in one sheet with character counts, and short upload notes. Questions during upload are part of the job.

Why AI

Scenes without a photo shoot: faster and cheaper, if you know how

A lifestyle shoot means a studio, models, props, a location and weeks of waiting. I build scenes around your real pack shot with AI: the same product in any room and any hands, edits without a reshoot. For you it is an open advantage, not a secret.

TimeWeeks: find a studio and models, shoot, retouchDays: first scenes show up at the planning stage
BudgetSeparate bills for studio, models, photographer and retouchingScenes are part of the package, no shoot day
EditsA new angle means a new shoot dayA new take of the frame, no reshoot
People and placesWhoever you could find and bringAge, skin type and setting matched to your buyer
ChannelsSeparate frames for every formatOne set of scenes, versions for Amazon, Walmart, your store and TikTok

But AI is a tool, and it takes skill

  1. Your product stays yours

Every scene starts from your real pack shot and is checked against it: shape, color, cap, proportions. When the model garbles small print on the pack, the print is carried over from the photo, not redrawn.

  2. Text kept apart from the picture

I set headlines and numbers on images myself instead of asking the model to draw them: no melted letters, and every number matches the listing.

  3. Defects never reach you

Extra fingers, stray parts, wrong reflections: every frame is checked up close, and a bad one is redone before delivery.

  4. Within channel rules

The main image is always a real photo of the product. Where a channel asks for an AI label (Amazon, TikTok), the file is ready for it.

The result: scenes at the level of a big shoot without the shoot day. The time saved goes into what sells: answers for the buyer, numbers and checks.

Before you write

Do I need professional photos?

For the main image, yes: Amazon asks for a real photo of the real product on pure white. I work with your photographer's files or help you brief a pack-shot session. The other images need no photo shoot: I build scenes, rooms and people with AI around your pack shot, which is faster and cheaper than a shoot. Tacet is a concept, so every frame of it is generated; in a real project every frame shows your product.

Do you write the listing copy?

Yes, in US English: title, item highlights, bullets, description and backend search terms, within the current limits, plus the text on the images and in A+ Content. For Germany and France I prepare titles and search terms for a native speaker to review.

Will the images pass Amazon's checks?

They are built to the published requirements and checked before delivery: size, background, fill, text length, claim words, and the AI tag Amazon asks for when an image shows an AI-generated person. The final decision is Amazon's. If a file is turned down for a rule I was responsible for, I fix it at no charge.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and openly: it is what makes the work faster and cheaper than a photo shoot. Scenes start from your real pack shot and are checked against it, text and numbers on images are set separately instead of being left to the model, and frames with defects are redone. Where a channel asks for an AI label, the file is ready for it, and the case studies say so plainly.

What do you need to start?

Product facts and specs, the ingredient or materials list, photos, the claims you can prove, links to your current listing and two or three competitors, and the marketplaces you sell in. A paragraph about who buys the product helps more than a brand deck.

How do we communicate?

By email; a call when a decision needs one. I usually reply within one business day, whatever country you are in.

Who owns the files?

You do, once the invoice is paid. You receive the upload files and, on request, the editable sources.

Do you work with my category?

Yes. The categories on this site are the ones I have built so far, not a list of what I take. The method is the same for any product: the buyer's questions in the order reviews raise them, the channel's rules for that category, and a document behind every claim. Send the product and you get the image plan for it, whatever the category.

About

Ina Chaika, listing designer for Amazon and other channels

I design listings for brands on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and their own stores: the main image and the gallery, Premium A+ Content, Brand Story and the copy that ties it together. I work with clients by email.

My rule for every image is the buyer's rule: if it cannot be read on a phone in a few seconds, it does not go into the listing. Numbers are explained, claims have a source, and I set the text on images myself, so every limit is checked rather than guessed.

Send the product. You get questions back, then a plan and a quote.

One email is enough to start: what the product is, where it sells, what you need. Attach what you have, even phone photos.
